Horn under the fairing?

On my last RG I had a stebel mini air horn mounted under the seat. The bike is an '06 and that horn is loud as heck and still working now as the bike is owned by the service manager at my local HD dealer and we were just talking about how loud it was.
For the RG I recently aquired I went for a mini beast sold by these guys:

I've had Mini-Beasts on the last two - '06 Road King, '07 Roag Glide - and found them great IF you have a car merging on you from the left side. They haven't proven all that effective in front of the bike. The new RGU has lowers, which will block the stock location even more.
Back in college, I had a Kawasaki street bike. I mounted a pair of cheap electric horns between the forks and those suckers would raise cage drivers clean off their seats!
