Hey I got a 2012 with a bad shake in the bars on deceleration is there a write up on how to adjust the neck bearings?

Check the fork swing but also whats the condition of your front tire? Seems like I always get a shimmy upon deceleration when my front tire tread is coming down to the wear limit.

Tire is almost brand new and the shake I get is pretty violent

Not a bad DIY. Don’t forget to grease the neck bearing while at it.

I’d check tire alignment as well. Bad tire, badly aligned tires, or bad neck bearings. The neck bearings rarely go if greased regularly and you aren’t pulling wheelies with hard landings.
