It's been a while since I've felt the need to upgrade any audio in a vehicle, but after a couple seasons on my custom I feel the stock set up is a bit underpowered (understatement) I'm not looking to blow the fairing off the bike, just looking for a solid reliable decent sounding setup I can enjoy on the slab. I'm thinking of going with a pair of Infinity Kappa 62.9I and a Soundstream PN2.350D for an amp. Seems to be a pretty solid build on the low cost side. Is anybody out there running this set up and what else do I need to do the install?

I just I stalled Focal AC165 and PN2.350 2 weeks ago and very happy. Good thongs are said of the Infinity speaks. I don't think you can go wrong with that setup. Total cost for me was < $300 including 8 gage wiring kit and good speaker adapters. I used velcro and placed the amp on top of the HU.

Only thing I can say about the Infinity's that I have run in cars is that the tweeters are usually very harsh. On a bike that might be a plus.
