I was wondering how good the quality was ,it looks great from the pictures from the web site .Plus I like the fact that it's made from 304 stainless so no problems with rust or blue chrome .Thanks for the reply.

no problems with rust. The pipe does show a little heat discoloration, but its hard to see. its looks like a bronze/blue color. The chrome pipe covers or shields cover up the head pipe pretty good. You can only see the head pipe where the head pipe connects to the front cylinder, where the shield doesn't completely cover it it. So far...I've not had one person come up to my bike and notice the bike has a different head pipe. The weld quality and being mandrel bent sold me on the pipe. I have a set of Vance & Hines Hi-Put mufflers on the bike also. I'm real happy with the tone or the sound of the bike. Jaime and Fuel Moto treated me real well. Its been a thumbs up for me:)

I think I'll be buying one of these head pipes in the next couple of weeks .I already have the stage one A/C and Rinehart pipes on. What computor setup did you go with ?

I went with Harleys SERT tuner. I had the local harley dealership install the headpipe, Vance & hines Hi-outputs, along with a set of Woods cams. The dealership would only tune with a SERT tuner. The tune from the tech at the dealership was terrible. the bike would stumble or be totally flat under 2500 rpms. A week later i stopped back at the dealership and talked with the tech to see what could be done with the tune to get it to run better. He couldn't offer any explanation or suggestion to improve it on how it was running. So, I made an appointment with Jaime at Fuel Moto and he retuned about a month ago. Runs like a champ now. The hp. and torque numbers ar e where they should be.

I've read alot positive results with TTS tuners and Power Commander V tuners along with Harleys SERT.

I might end up in the same fix in order to preserve the extended warranty easyrider and I live in FL so it's a looooooooong way to Jamie. Damn. I wonder if there's a way to email a SERT tune.

Mmmmmmmm - maybe a call to Jamie is in order.
