I'll be perfectly honest with you and say I do not know, but I personally would consider yours a mid year.

My 19 has a 12/18 build date. I have the ITM shop model and had to work with him a few times to get everything set. He sent me a few different tablets and dongles. He has great responsive service when you deal with him.
