j&m 5 1/4 3way speakers

thinking about buying j&m 5 1/4 3 way speakers,anybody have these or opionions on this setup? i can't see spending $249 for the 7 1/4s but the 5 1/4s go for $120.any input would be appreciated.

I had them on my Street Glide and was an improvement over stock.
Buddy has them on his '09 SERG and is totally satisfied with them.
He rides with a pretty tall windshield so that makes a difference.
