I have a 2012 Road Glide Custom with a Jackpot 2 into 1 header, I have had a constant issue with the header bolts loosening when I ride. Has anyone else experienced the same issue??

I a thinking of switching to the Fullsack performance DX header. Any thoughts?

It is common to have to re-torque flange nuts several times through several heat cycles. But should stop loosening eventually.

Very likely related to the exhaust gaskets and/or retaining clips. I would recommend replacing these items. There is nothing related to the system itself that would cause the flange nuts to loosen.
