just bought a used 15 FLTRXS and the tabs on the tourpack are locked! No key, so my question is are they universal, and if so where can I buy just a key?

Unfortunately they are specific. Usually they are matched to the bikes ignition. Previous owner didn't pass them along with the bike?

Is it a single latch 14 and up pak or an older one with 2 latches? The older latches themselves are separate from the locking mechanism. As stated, usually the saddlebag locks & tour pak lock use the same key as the ignition. I really hope he gave you an ignition key!

I purchased a used TP w/o the keys. I took my key to HD and they ordered matching keys and locks for the TP. I did the same with my wife's used TP. It took less than a week and was about $20. I'm sure you can do the same with the newer TP's. Call your local dealership beforehand. I believe you need to show proof of ownership before they'll order the new set.
