Anyone have the Kuryakn Chrome Windshield Trim on your bike? If so how does it look? Also does it fit nice on the windshield-fairing....no gaps or anything?

I just installed the HD trim and am not real happy with it. Gaps on the bottom of the trim. I'm not sure if it is because of my windshield or what. I may have to have HD install. I did self install. See photo

I put the HD trim on mine also for about 10 minutes. I cant get past the thick look it has and also the fitment is not that great.

i have the kury trim on a clearview...no gaps, fits well. went on easy

I have the HD trim and if I ever take it off again it stays off !!! 6 times due to windshield changes and it's still a PITA. It might help if all the bolts had offset holes and not just two of them. Mine fits fine it was just not worth the effort.

Wow... and I thought it was only me that struggled with the HD Trim install. I just recently bought it and installed it last weekend, wasn't nearly as easy as it looked.

Man<I had the same problem, dropped a screw and they only send 5 so until I found the
last screw it wouldn't mount. What a pain

I have the kuryakn on my 2010 easy on and off decent fit no complaints

I have the H-D trim on mine and it fits fine.

I just changed my shield and have taken the trim on and off 4 times...I seem to be confused with the offset screws. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

They screw into the fairing screws/holes I believe

They go in the outside (rear) holes and screw into the rubber farring nuts.They are offset for alignment puropses. Just take your time. If you push too hard they will go into the inside of the farring and then you will have to take the faring off to get them back out.

Kury trim vs. HD trim

I have the HD trim - love the look but taking it on/off is a PITA! My cousin has the Kury trim & it seems to pop on/off with no problem - seems a little unproportional to the fairing tho' (little too narow)...Q

Kury on mine as well. looks great and fits just fine. not the big bulky look like the HD piece

I have the Kury trim with a chopped $20 windshield I bought on Ebay. Both fit and look great.
