Hampton Inn - Tilton, NH 15 miles outside of Laconia.
Also, there's a Holiday Inn Express in Rochester, NH. A bit further from the center of activities but good riding roads from there to Laconia activities.

The Inn at Mill Falls in Meredith is nice. Well maintained and kept looking good last I knew.
It's 1/2 mile from Laconia HD which is one of three hub areas for vendors, music, etc. during the event.

Bigger budget/Special Occasion - Church Landing at Mill Falls - Meredith next to the Inn at Mill Falls.

There are relatively few chain hotels in that area. People coming to the lakes region (Bike Week or not) usually come for an entire week or a month. Lots of cabin, cottage, house, condo rentals by week/month. Check VRBO.

All good suggestions above. I'd also throw out the Naswa Resort, Margate hotel. Nice clean resorts within 2 miles of Weirs Beach.

Many people return to the same places every year. IF so, they reserve right away, as they depart.

Thus, you can certainly reserve now.

A lot of good suggestions already posted. I suppose it comes down to your interests. Hanging on the strip, daytime or night ? Riding the area ? Etc.

Craigslist is a good source for private "camp home" rentals and condo's. If you enter "bike week" there are listings right now.

As well as the Laconia area, you might want to stay different places, as Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine all feature some great riding. Look into:

NH - Hampton Beach, Portsmouth, Mt Washington Hotel

Maine - York, Bentley's in Arundel, Old Orchard Beach, Portland, Freeport, in fact most of the coast. Maine has the longest coastline of any state in the USA !

I'm a Masshole, New Hampshire guy. Will answer your questions if I can.
