Not a bad price at all actually, that's around what I charge for a complete RG job with artwork.
Quality paint materials are extremely expensive these days.

The "Hard Candy" colors are a $3000 upgrade on the Road Glide and Street Glides.
Makes the paint sets a bargain considering if you buy that paint set you have get an entire extra set of tins and bags to sell when your done.
The Hard Candy doesn't give you any credit for the standard color tins you didn't get.

I think you're just seeing the dash. This bike only has 1 shield. It does look really cool.

That's the center air vent. Go the the HD website and look at the 360* view on a RG and you will see it pretty clear.
