Just installed Sony DSX-M50BT head unit, JBL GTO628 speakers, Soundstream PN4.320D amp along with Scosche HDSWC1 interface. Turn the ignition and no power at all on amp and head unit. I figured at the very least, the amp should turn on when I turn the ignition. But I got nothing!

Straight 10ga power wire from amp to battery. Straight 10ga ground wire from amp to battery. Straight blue/white wire from the back of the head unit to "rem" in the back of the amp. All connections are good (I double checked. Nothing loose). I check fuse and they all look good but then again how do I know if it's broken?

How are you powering the HU, if the HU isn't getting 12v, the amp definitely won't work.
Between the HU and the amp, I'm using Scosche HDSWC1 interface. I called the Scosche guy earlier just to pay attention with the Black (ground), Yellow (12v constant power) and Red (12v accessory) wires from the HU and make sure to connect them to the same color on the HDSWC1 module.

Thanks everyone for you help. Especially BIG kudos to Dave from the other forum who helped me through Face Time and text with this problem. I'm happily to say that at around 5 AM PST, everything IS working!! Woo hoo....!! Now I'm ready for this Memorial Day's West Coast Thunder here in SoCAl.

We "look" through everything and the culprit was a blown fuse for "Radio Memory" inside bike's main fuse box. Wasn't thinking gonna be in there. I changed the fuse of the head unit as well as the fuse on the power line. It still didn't work. So Dave told me to go check the main fuse box and there it was.
