Is it really as easy as just hitting the send map button when loading a new map into my PC-V?

Thanks
Bill
Yes. I installed my PCIII and a friend's PCV with the USB cable attached and tucked into the fuse box for easy access. Downloading a map is simple. Just follow the instructions. Getting the right map might prove more of a challenge.

I installed it during lunch yesterday and it seemed to easy to be true. I just wanted to make sure that was all it took so I didn't blow the whole thing up on the drive home.
The map is from Fuel Moto and seems to be running very well. Still a little bit of popping on decel in some spots but overall very good and I "think" I can feel the gains.

Make sure you hold your mouth right when uploading a map. When you upload a new map make sure you save your old one before uploading if you haven't done so already. Hit 'save as' and give it a name.
If you call Fuelmoto they can probably get rid of that popping for you. I've never seen or had one that didn't pop every now and then. If it pops every time at the same rpm they can probably fix that for you.

Yeah, I may have to send them an email because I realized it too late that I didn't save the old map.
So far I've only got about 20 miles on the bike since I installed the PC V but tomorrow I plan to get more riding in.
