Finally, from my Dad's 2004 Ultra, a set of non vented lowers, with hardware, in Lave Red Sunglo.

I don't see why not, but that might be a question for the forum.

The only issue I know with lowers of different years fitting is that the lowers didn't fit before a certain year because of the angle of the fairing, but I thought that was resolved in the early 2000's.
