I know a few on here have had good luck with them. Has anyone had bad luck? I placed an order on the 26th. Shipping label posted on the 29th pending pick-up. Still no tracking, won’t answer my calls or return voice mails or email via there online form. 😡

I ordered Their M3 Isolators and Pivot Shaft and everything arrived very quickly and the owner also emailed me many times.

I actually had really good luck dealing with them. I read some sketchy things that had me worried but my experience was really good, even after the sale I contacted him with questions and he replied very quickly. It is possible there is an event or a bike build going on that is absorbing his time. Just a thought. Sorry you are dealing with that. That is one thing that was weighing on me when I placed my order.

I've ordered a few parts from them, and Branon is usually on FB. I haven't been following lately, but I believe he did close the shop for a few days during Christmas/New Year. He might be backed up a little.
