I actually had really good luck dealing with them. I read some sketchy things that had me worried but my experience was really good, even after the sale I contacted him with questions and he replied very quickly. It is possible there is an event or a bike build going on that is absorbing his time. Just a thought. Sorry you are dealing with that. That is one thing that was weighing on me when I placed my order.
I would try the Facebook method for sure. I just seen that he replied to a post on Facebook 11 hours ago. You don't need to have FB to check out their page in case you wanted to check it out.
I ordered their axle locks and a t shirt a while back. Axle locks came, no shirt.
Emailed and called, never got a response. I know it’s only 20-30 bucks or whatever they charge, but it’s the point of it, I paid for it, send it or at least reply.
Maybe there's a member nearby to them that can take a ride over there and see what's up?
