while perusing the inner depths of the factree website today i stumbled upon the following link, which took me straight to a customer/dealer satisfaction survey.

i've been trying for almost 6 months to get a warranty repair done and kept getting the runaround each and every time i contacted the service writer.

today i filled out the survey and got a callback from the service manager within 2 hours!!!

i don't know how long they will be taking this survey, but everyone should let the MoCo know how they have been treated by the dealers in your area.

if you've got something good to say it's ok too lol

Question: Where do you find the 5 digit dealer code they are requesting?
type in 00000

there's a note about that on the survey

there are drop down menus further into the survey where you can pick your dealer. you don't need any special codes

what did they do?

links are working again
It's a long and sordid story of getting screwed on a Stage 4 build that ruined the bike for 3 owners. I was the original. Got screwed again with trading it in on my 2015 and parts. Then, they had the nerve to not want my business again after they saw my posts calling them out.

seems to be a common problem with some dealerships. a few bad apples etc.
good help is really hard to find these days.

i have all my critical work done by an independent guy. he makes a living on his reputation.
if he messes it up he loses customers. amazing how capitalism works that way.

another link for the customer satisfaction survey is

glad to see they're at least asking for opinions lol
