Anyone running the stock height monotube kit with no clips?
This is what Progressive suggested to me for about 1/2" lower stance...
How do they perform this way? Ride weight a big factor, I presume?
Mine is setup this way, I am 165lbs. I don't like it much, if I could tear it apart I would. Then I would put one clip in. I think I had at least 1" drop, as you can see by my yaffe burner sliders.
Another view, you can see how low the slider is on the fork. Normally the cuts in the fork would be much lower with some black showing I between. If that makes any sense.
I'm running the stock height mono tube with no preload clips on a 23" front wheel. I'm running travel limiters to prevent hitting the fender but I rarely hit the stops and I'm 265 lbs. I called Progressive and told them my set up and my weight and they said no preload clips. They also said it would sit a 1/2" lower but its pretty close to what my ride height was with stock springs.
I have a 2017 RGU with 50k miles. The owners manual calls for rebuilding the front forks at 50k miles. I was planning on changing the fork oil, but rebuilding them seems excessive. They ride fine and have no leaks. What do you think?
Also, I am going to change the spark plugs. Is there...
Well, after reading a billion threads on changing 17-19 RGS shocks or not or too, and which ones and on and on and on I figured I would just pull the trigger and see what happens. Pretty sure no one can tell my butt which ones are best but me. I have about 2k miles on the stockers now. I ride...
Here is the link to the video that was live streamed from the dealership where I work. I can't post the video here because it's 48 mins long. Lol. It does show everything except for the Burly Slammer shocks that I installed on the rear of the bike.

Well. Finally got around to installing the Ohlins Eddie sent me. And it didn't go well. The indent in the MK45 needs to be 4" longer and about 1/4" or more deeper. Had 1/16 gap at the axle nut and the swingarm at full extension. Tire in the air. If I yank up on the saddlebag supports it hits. I...
Got offered a good deal on rear adjustable Harley shocks from a 2019 touring.
The Harley site doesn’t list them as fitting on my 2013 Fltrx. Anyone know for certain if they’ll bolt on and properly fit?
