Here's a nice Push to Connect manifold that I used on my air system. Made things easy. It 1/4" in and out... with 3-1/8" for forks and gauge/Schrader valvue.
I came out of the compressor with 1/4" into the manifold, then 1/4" to the Solenoid. Used the 3 1/8" for 2 for shocks, 1 for pressure gauge.. If you don't want to use all 3, you can just plug one with the plugs that come in the Monroe shocks.. Works well

Here's the Amazon link; http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007H9MQKO/ref=pe_175190_21431760_3p_M3T1_ST1_dp_1

and a picture of the manifold.

Nice switch..... How many wires is needed for that switch?

It has three wires, one to the power, and two for the solenoid and compressor. However if you use this switch you MUST use a relay. I just used a 40 amp headlight relay. Wire to the relay and then line out the other from the relay. I just mounted mine on the same bolt hole I used to mount the compressor under the fairing..Works great....65.00 or so, but it's what I wanted, so the cost is a relative anyway...

Thx... Where can I get the switch from.?.

Well my parts started to roll in. I got the shocks and bushings today and from the tracking numbers it looks like ill be recieving the compressor and solenoid by weds of next week. I still need to pick up a switch and the fittings but ill wait to until i have everything in order to pick up the proper fittings. Ill need to pick up a couple reducers from the what ive been reading here though.

Anyone using the Gabriel's? (high jackers) I am not happy with the Monroe's....the left shock developed a leak on the top mount where the the bushing housing is welded to the shock itself. Less than 1000 miles on them and now one is already cracked. Just don't trust these anymore. Anybody have any advice as to another shock.

You can take part number on the monroes to a auto parts store and see if they can cross the number to a different brand of shocks. Its worth a try

If you bought them from a auto store they should have a life time warranty. Mine did when I bought them autozone.

Sounds like you got a bad egg. 3000 miles on my Monroe's and no problems. Only problem I have is my solenoid getting dirty and not seating right letting air out every so often

I got some, but haven't put them on yet. Monroe makes better shocks than Gabriel, at least there standard shocks are.

Well, I will the gabreils here tomorrow. I let ya'll know how it goes. If they aren't as nice, i'll go back to Monroes...We shall see...

gentlemen,
I ordered the stainless solenoid valve by U.S. Solid off amazon and it is taking to long. I found another locally that i am picking up today. If the first one ever comes in I will want to get rid of it. If your gathering parts but haven't gotten a valve P.M. me. I send it to ya cheap as a reminder of my impatience.
Ride safe

does your solenoid have a threaded fitting you can add a short length of line on to keep the valve cleaner?

this is the one i'm running that has a threaded exhaust port for a short line to run out the bottom of the bike frame
