I ran into same problem. Ended up going to a marine supply store and getting a temporary switch so I could put my bike back together. On a side note. Not really to happy with this setup so far. I have to run a lot of pressure or when I roll on the gas I get incredible feed back trough my drive train. Whole back end starts shuttering and vibrating but once at speed rides fine. I'm going to try removing the limit straps and see what happens. But other then that system is workin good

Hey guys! Is it just me or are the energy bushings a Bitch to press into the Monroe's? Had to sand the inside of rubber to get the steel sleeve to fit...the rubber fits perfect when pushed in by hand then when i attempt to press the steel sleeve in, it pushes one side of the rubber bushing out the other end...?...am I missing something? Or a technique I should know about? Any help would be great. ....? Monroe 785...energy bushings # 9.9105g....2010 FLTRX

I did sand down mine a little but when I mounted the shock to the bike I let the bolt as I was threading it in do the job for me.

ok guys i ordered all the parts of course the only thing i ordered correctly was the 1/4 air line and the fitting that goes on the shock port its self..........the brass fittings that srews into the selenoid is the correct size but the line in end is 1/4 inch.....can anyone assist? on what the correct name and sizes for me? i thought i read Q's shopping list correct but evidently not.

what Is the a reason for 1/8 air line vs 1/4" ? maybe i should just purchase new 1/4 line and T's ...
