You'll need 2 tee's one to plumb in the air lines to the shocks, and one to go to your air gauge then you'll need 1/8' NPT to airline fittings x3 for your compressor and dump valve plumbing ... Oh and one more for the air gauge

okay, just ordered everything for the install.....I think. Here is a list.

energy suspension bushings X2, MA785 shocks, reading designs clutch side on/off/on switch, Viair 90085 160 PSI 1.5" Single Needle Air Gauge, VIAIR 98 Viair 98C 12 Volt Air Compressor Kit w/Omega Bracket, SMC 1/4 in Solenoid Valve. Do I need any extra push to connect fittings or air line, wiring ect...? If I've forgotten anything please let me know I should have everything by Friday and doing the install next weekend...
im using a momentary switch instead of on/off/on, arnott makes one that bolts to the lower bolt hole of the clutch bracket and you can get it cheaper from custom dynamatics #21-2610-B. I had to use this one because i have heated grips and the switch is on that side.

You guys think this would support two heavy weights without bottoming out? I only ask because I am looking for a good set up without bottoming out. Any ideas? 500+ with tour pack and bags loaded...
Yeah no problem! I am 315 and wife is 145. Remember they are off of a Corvette. So 500+ lbs. Is nothing

Ok for anyone with this setup, are you guys running the 9.9105 4-bar bushing or the 9.8141 shock bushings with a metal insert? The two piece 9.9105 look like they would be much easier to install but other than that I can't see much difference....

iM running the Energy 9.9105s bushings been on almost a year and close to 10k or more. Zero problems with bushings or shocks for that matter. Had a small leak at the beginning i traced down and havent touched it since

well the last of my parts came in today, ill probably try and put em on this weekend. is the air line that came with the shocks gonna be enuff? or do I need more? so far Ive got $290 in all.

your monroes should have come with a coil of 1/8" air line and a schrader valve. if not its a quick trip to your local auto parts store

Parts starting to trickle in. got the air gauge, and bushings yesterday. Forgot how much I hate waiting on parts...lol especially when I am excited about a project. Hope to get the rest today so I can do the install this weekend, but not likely...we'll see...

Only thing I'm waiting on is the cvo switch. Thought about just going and getting a plain ole whatever switch and put wherever just to see everything working

hope this helps ... i'm not the greatest artist ,

your dump valve is fitting specific i.e. an in and an out that should be marked, wich one did you buy?

P.S. I did not wire a relay switch in mine because It's only on for a few seconds therefore the relay in my opinion isn't necessary

im putting the dump valve in the line that goes from pump to shocks. im putting mine in r/h side cover, gonna run the exhaust out the back so when I dump it air shoots out back. :)
