I've been lurking here for a few weeks... trying to decide if I wanted to replace my totaled 2008 Ultra Classic with a 2011 Road Glide Ultra. As you can probably guess... I've ditched the batwing and joined you folks with the "funny" looking bikes. I dare any of you to try to wipe the smile off of my face. Love the Merlot Sunglo, and I have a garage full of goodies to start bolting on (Stage 1 courtesy of Fuel Moto with their Jackpot Touring mufflers), a half-ton of undamaged chrome that I stripped off of my Ultra before it got dragged off to the salvage yard and everything I need to lower the front and back ends. I'll post some pics soon. Gonna ride the heck out of it this weekend!

How do you like the sound/ performace Jackpot touring mufflers? How does the sound compare to Rineharts? I'm looking for something different than Rineharts (seems a very popular choice).

Haven't installed the Jackpots yet. Just brought the bike home last night. I'm going to put a few hundred miles on it over this weekend so I can get familiar with all the sounds its making stock before I put the Jackpots on. Won't be able to give a first-hand comparison with the Reinharts, since I haven't ever used those myself. But I will post about how the Jackpots sound.

Welcome and enjoy! You have the most popular sought after color, the Merlot Sunglo. This color changes in the different light. Mine was Green yesterday..... Let us know how the stage one works out. I haven't reached the 500 mile break in goal yet. Had the bars, ISO grips, grip warmers and mirror extensions changed out. Can't decide on the stage one setup....don't want it to loud and want deep low sound.
