That is what im shooting for this weekend,now my next question is i installed a Axtell oil by pass kit in the cam plate,how much clearance should the by pass plunger have from the roll pin to work properly.99.9 times out of 100, it is the oil pump o-ring that if buggered.

Wow thanks for narrowing it down LOL.it occurs when oil does not properly return to the oil tank
causes could be several
umbrella valves stuck or worn out
return oil passages in heads and or cylinders blocked
scavenge port hole not in alignment with seal on oil pump
rings not seated
pinion shaft run out is excessive
oil pump body or scavenger gears are damaged from debris
prolly left some out
