That all depends on your budget. How much are you willing to spend?

That's a solid budget for an amp. The Diamond Micro 4v2 is a solid choice at around 300 bucks, depending on who you get it from. Will push roughly 140w per channel to those speakers, and it will fit in the fairing of your bike. It has plenty of tuning options as well, to get the right sound coming from those speakers.
Another option, a little more expensive is the Arc Moto 600.4. It's a top end amp, you'll spend around 400+ dollars, depending on where you get it. This thing has tons of tuning options and will push around 120w to each of those speakers. If you ask around to Motorcycle Audio gurus, they'll say this is a super solid amp, due to its tuning abilities and flexibility to add/take away speakers as you go down the road. This amp will fit in the fairing as well. I plan on upgrading to this amp later this year.

I'm sure other guys will chime in as well with what they're running. Lots of guys on here are running Sound Stream amps. If you go that route, stick with the Picasso Nano line. Don't go with the Stealth line up. I have the Stealth right now and it doesn't come close to its rated 90w per channel. The PN 4.520 and PN 4.1000 are getting rave reviews, and they run around 150 bucks on ebay all day. If you go that route, you could even add speakers to your lowers in the cost savings.

Tons of options out there! Just figured I'd pass my limited knowledge along to help out a fellow shark rider.
