Yes they fit, I tested them along with the Titan II's and the Focal PC 165's

in order:
1. Titan II's
2. Millie Pro's
3. Focal 165's

I personally prefer the Focal's, the Hertz I like the least. That's me though, the Hertz seem to be the flavor of the day and lot's of the bagger guys are running them.

If money is an issue or you are not going to use a powerful AMP also look at the Rockford Fosgate in the 6.5. They fit in the fairing no issues and are a nice upgrade over the stock system. I have them in my 13 FLTRX and are upgrading, only because my AMP is over powering the speakers and I am staring to get some popping in the left one when I have it cranked up and a lot of bass playing in the song. But for the cost and sound quality I have no complaints.
