Hello all forum members,

I currently have a 13' CVO with the following upgraded motor parts. Cams, lifters, complete exhaust, and tune. The bike currently has the SE heavy breather on it, which is the breather that comes on the CVO's.

I just bought a pair of lowers I'll be putting on the bike. I know that the heavy breather will not work and hit the glove box of the lowers. I also found out that I can buy a short element and that system work without touching the lowers.

My question and the help that I'm looking for. I don't like the way it looks with the heavy breather now with the added lowers. Can you guys give me suggestions about another good breather setup for my bike please? Pictures would be helpful. Also keep in mind that I have the 110CI motor with cams and so forth. So the new breather setup must be able to breathe enough for the motor.

thank you very much,

flea

Here are some pics but like stated above, any stage one AC will perform just as well. I am like you and not a fan of the HB with lowers. View attachment 190625 View attachment 190633
^^^ that setup looks pretty nice. I want something smaller like your setup. So it shows off the detail of the engine better. The heavy breather just looks to big with the lowers on their IMHO.

I have just a couple more questions about this setup if the forum would please help me.

1. Changing from the heavy breather to a different breather setup, will this require a change of the tune?

2. I'm wanting to stay with the half gloss black/ half chrome scheme of the CVO setup. Does any other people make nice breather setups that would look good on my bike?

thank you in advance!
