Welcome. The chrome device is the Harley Road Tech HA90 digital music player. The mode button on the player just cycles Repeat song, repeat all, and random song. You will need an SD card (goes under the black cover). To get it to play the radio needs to be in Aux mode. To power it up press the top right button for a few seconds.
