Only reason I chose the marine grade was because of the color. I wanted it to match my gauges which are white.

sony non-marine. Cover from biketronics. Forgot to cover whenwashing bike once, took a day for it to dry out and work right.

All brands will have some type of decrease in visibility due to the angle of the radio mounted in fairing. But some brands, as do the kenwood models listed, have a variety of display illumination color options to choose from. The display illumination color will have a major impact in day time visibility.

I agree with the ^^^above^^^ statement

And I haven't had any issues with my Kenwood either, end of the month we'll be out in the middle of the desert so that (for me) will be the test
