What you are experiencing is normal, typical pressure at hot idle is about 3-5

now all you have to do is add a oil temp gauge, that'll really have you worrying. Put temp gauge beside the oil pressure guage, that way you are not ping ponging between the two.

When I added my Fueling Cam kit to my '11 RGU last year, the billet plate & new oil pump almost doubled my oil pressure accross the board, ideling cruising or highway riding.

When i did my cam swap this winter i installed Axtell's oil bypass kit granted it was only 70 this afternoon but running at 2500 rpm in 6th oil pressure was 34 at idle it was 6,before the kit it was 28 at 2500 in 6th and 2 to 3 at hot idle.the kit retails for $80.00 and is easy to install.

If concerned with oil pressure, a .200" oil pressure shim can be installed.
They retail for about $8.00.
