I think Direwolf still has his shop open (powder) but I think he's in Jacksonville?? He is/was tied in with a custom shop so I'm sure he has access to painters too......
I could possibly help on the powder if you wanted to ship, but I'm in Virginia...and I'm scaling back a bit for the summer this year...

Painted Harley Fairings, does excellent work, they are just outside of Jacksonville, They have a website and FB page by that name
Ask your HD dealer about Ted Schoonard. He was doing all the painting for all the dealerships down there. He painted my TP to match my Skunk and did an amazing job. Don't know about PC down that way but here in Jax River City Powder Coating is GTG.
