So I got back from a nice trip in the mountains and the bike is running pretty bad in rpms up to 2500 in every gear. Check the autotune map and -20s all around that rpm on both cylinders. Check my ECM codes and all sorts of ECM codes (p0134, p0154, u1301, u1064, p1003, u1097, p0031). What has gone wrong? Sensors fouled? Autotune shot? ECM?

Edited for 0134 not 0135

P0154 Rear Oxygen Sensor Inactive
P0135 bad sensor
U1301 ECM Serial Data High
U1064 Loss of TSM/FSFM Serial Data to ECM
P1003 System relay contacts open
U1097 Loss of Speedometer Serial Data to ECM
P0031 bad sensor

First thing I'd do is double check your connections to/from the ECM. Loose plug? The U1097,U1064 codes makes me think it's more a ECM connection than an o2 sensor connection.

PM me if you could use a Electrical Diagnosis manual.

I will recheck connections. Maybe with seat coming off a few times they got tweaked. But why would the values from autotune be so far off the chart? I've had it on the bike over a year and accepted several tables.
