since i can't find the avons i want, i was looking for the night dragons as well. couldn't find a complete set. ended up ordering a set of the shinko 777. i've been reading that they stick crazy good, but due to the soft compound, won't last 10k. i'm okay with that. hopefully, i'll be able to get a set of the avons sometime before the end of the year, or before next spring.

looking forward to hearing what you think about the pirellis.

i dunno about that. i emailed avon asking about if there were any issues with the rear tire as i was not able to find one anywhere and i remembered that that had conducted a recall and was it the same size? (it wasn't). they responded saying that they were extremely backlogged due to the factory being shut down for 16 months. i know they don't speak for everyone, but if they were shut down, it's a good bet others were as well.

he did send me a tire pressure gauge, tire depth gauge and a t shirt though....
