It was time for a new tire.
Since I had already dipped my front rim, it was now time to do the rear rim and pulley. This product rocks. My front rim looks like I just dipped it still. I'm going to remount the rear tire and pulley in a couple of hours, then post the finished look front and back. Here are a few pictures.

Looks great. New tire already, how many miles do you have on it?
Purchased my bike last week of Oct and have racked up 14,600 miles.
That rear stock tire did good.
Just installed a new rear tire and I'm mounting it up right now.
Also installed custom dynamics front and back turn signals with smoked lens cover up front. If you've never seen these lights they're definitely worth checking into . They work as LED bright white driving lights and then when you signal they turn yellow for the turn signal. Great for safety and extra lighting up front. I'll post up a couple pictures once the rear is mounted.

I've had a few pm's asking me about how well the Plasti Dip is holding up so I thought I would post on this thread I started. I Plasti Dipped my front rim, my back rim and my pullie. Everything looks like I still just dipped them. This product is fantastic and I also just dipped my horn cover. I say if your looking to do Plasti Dip, go for it. Very easy to apply and if you don't like it simply just peel it off.

Can you give some details on your procedure? Did you use the spray, or actually dip it? Can't imagine the amount required to dip it.
I'm thinking about this for my outer primary and other parts that I was concidering powder coat.

One can of spray Plasti Dip per rim and one can of Plasti Dip Glossifier and your good to go.

First Step
Clean the rim with degreaser or watered down Simple Green and let dry

Step Two
Tape off the tire along the outer rims leading edges and and I he center hub.

Step Three
Start your first coat hitting the rim very lightly.
Allow to dry for 15 minutes.
Same with the second coat.
By the third coat you can then go heavier.
I applied two light coats and three heavy coats and it was spot on.

Step Four
I applied two coat of the Plasti Dip Glossifier to give it a semigloss finish.

That's It
My rims still look great months into them being dipped.
I say give it a shot.
If you don't like it, peel it.
