I currently have an 07 RG with dealer installed 103. Stock Exhaust

I want better exhaust sound only for now. But complete system is a bit expensive.

For the Stock exhaust there is a LH and a RH so I assume they are different inside, If I go with Reinhart Slipons for now keeping stock header pipe , can I later go to true duals with the same slip ons?

Or are the slip ons for true duals different than for stock headers?

The Rineharts can be used as true duals. The inexpensive way to obtain true duals is to use the Fullsac kit.

Slip ons are slips ons, the true dual header is the same diameter as the stock header.
