Hello all,
I recently installed Andrews 57H cams , cam bearings , Fueling chain tensioners , Fuel Moto pushrods and Fueling #4000 lifters in a 2016 Roadglide Special with about 9k. The work is done but I am still waiting on exhaust and air cleaner to fire it off !

Here is the question , the FM pushrods @32 TPI instructions say to adj pushrods 4 turns wich=.124 . The Fueling lifters say to adj pushrods to .093 to .100 ! I do know to start with fully pumped up lifters and adj on base circle. Many threads I've read say they adj PR .120 to .150 with .200 adj lifters . I recognize the experienced guys here like .120-.150 Hillside , Drago and others .

What are your opinions and why , will more PR adj affect the oil psi through the PRs to the rockers ? With .200 adj lifters is there a big difference in brands as far how much to adj ?

Go 3 1/2 or go with 4 turns. Makes no difference, so long as the tappet is at full length and on cam base when you start.

If you turn the motor through till the cylinder is about 1/2-2/3 the way up the compression stroke, you can adjust both tappets for that jug. Start with the rods loose enough to feel the free play. Then adjust them till they get to zero lash. If you spin the rod between you fingers, it will stop spinning when it reaches zero lash. Then add in how ever many turns of preload and lock em down. After that, go drink a beer or chase the ole lady for 15 min or so. When you get back, you should be able to spin the rods between your fingers again. If you can, close it up and do the other jug.
