You're in Basic user mode, you need to be in Pro.
Top the screen, click on "setup", then options, in the window that opens, the second line is user level, go to the right column and change Basic to Pro.
Don't confuse the software basic vs pro and the Autotune basic vs pro, 2 entirely different things.
The software "pro" setting opens up more parameters on the software screen for advanced users.
The Autotune "Pro" setting is for using the wideband O2 sensor system, as opposed to the Autotune "basic" which use the factory narrowband sensors.
