Well, I tried this thread in a different section with no responses in 24 hours, so I'm hoping it will get more attention here. Here goes:
My wife and i have Bluetooth helmet communicators, so we can talk to each other and our friends on their bikes who have the same. We can also make and receive phone calls and get verbal GPS instructions. That's all great, but it means that we can't install the HD headsets and listen to the radio or CD player.
We also wear foam earplugs. Our helmet rigs are designed to play loud enough to get through the earplugs, but the HD radio's speakers can't play that loud. Besides, even if they did, it would be too loud for everyone else.
So, I'm looking for a Bluetooth adapter to attach to the Road Glide's radio unit that will allow us to listen to them, too, through the Bluetooth headsets we already have in our helmets. Does anyone have any experience with this?
