Had a great day of riding yesterday here in SW FLA. Counted 8 RoadGlides, ( not including mine) I passed on the road and another 3 in the dealership.....the secret is out!

yeah I was out yesterday here in NC saw about 30 bike and saw 5 RG's. All of them were 2 or 3 year old. Great to see more out, but kind of sad that they are not a unique as they once were.

Still pretty rare around here. I can only think of two that I see on a regular basis. The most I ever saw in one place is when we went to Gettysburg Bike Week last year. Saw at least 10-15 parked in town and several more on the road.

On my ride back to work today from my home in Texas to my job in Louisiana, I saw about 15 bikes on the road. Of which, only 3 were RG's. Mine was one and just east of Houston, traveling west on I-10 there was an orange one and a pink one running together. Looked like they were probably married or something. I think I have seen pictures of those bikes somewhere before. Of, course the weather was horrible for riding. Wind gusts up to about 50. Mostly quartering toward my left hand back side. Probably 350 of the toughest miles I have ever ridden in one setting. Good thing I was on a RG.

They did have 3 on the floor which I asked them to move back to the garage so nobody could see or buy them;)
....... that's the spirit, bro ! We need to do something to tamp down the newby enthusiasm for fugly rides or the secret's gonna get totally outta hand.

In france, the road glide isn't imported. Also, i can see 1 RG : mine. :(

But I tested electra saturday, and she is very ugly : the pig nose is too flate. RG is longer, like a real bike.

In large groups I usually see a couple. Also see them here and there on the road. My local dealer had five new ones on the floor last month and now has only one. I agree a little exclusivity is nice but HD needs to sell enough of them so that they will be encouraged to build more.

Well, I just got back from Rolling Thunder and out of the thousands of bikes there, I probably only counted about 10 or so. That was only where I walked (4 or 5 blocks) so I am sure there were lots more, but that goes to show there might be 1 for every 100. I had a few people ask me if my bike was Harley!!

Very interesting ride today. Road on 268 from Pilot Mountain to North Wilksboro.
Saw 2 RG's both 2010 one vivid black and one Denim. Then when I got to Wilksboro HD there were 8 in the parking lot including mine. This was out of about 35 to 40 bikes in the parking lot. Four of them were riding together, a yellow, Blue and two vivid blacks. Left there and headed on 16/90/64/70 to Statesville HD and there were two more there both 09's. One a grey SE and the other a vivid black. I don't think I've ever seen this many in one ride.
