I called Rinehart & talked to Tony about a rattling baffle in one of my 3 1/2" slip-ons. The kit was shipped the same day. It has detailed instructions.
Basically you remove the top button head allen bolt, drill completely through the muffler body, baffle & end cap, install longer button head allen bolt. Install crimp nut & remove & replace the other button head allen bolts.
Kit includes:
2 1/4-20 SS crimp nut
2 1/4-20 x 1" SS button head allen bolt
4 1/4 x 1/2" button HD socket cap alloy steel (button head allen bolt)
1 1/4 drill bit
1 5/32 allen wrench
1 7/16" wrench (cheap)
