Very creative. I can see others expanding on this idea.The bars are supplied with plastic caps which I didn't like. I really wanted spikes so here is what I came up with. Just an automotive soft plug and a spike from ebay.
I still need to either powder coat the washer or just pick up some chrome washers.

ROAD 6 CUSTOMS bars installed

I picked up a set of the ROAD 6 CUSTOMS RoadGlide bars from ebay. The bars seem to be good quality, fit well and fairly easy to install. Shipping was fast. I have never installed bars before and didn't do any research prior. It took me about 3 hours start to finish. Had I looked into it more, I could have shaved about 30 minutes off.
I find them to be a lot wider and a bit taller than stock and they do come back a bit. Not a whole lot in my opinion but they feel great for me. I'll probably tilt them back a little further in the future. I am 6'4" tall. On to the pics......
