AmericanHardBag makes a "Road Glide Tweeter Bracket" designed to work with component speakers (specifically the Hertz MPK 165.3). Is this bracket worth its price? Does anyone have experience with this bracket? Does anyone else make a tweeter bridge that would work with a 15+ RGS?

I can't post links yet so please use your imagination

Home made, your pack speakers blue line is the wires under the mesh grill filling the stock Hertz Grill. And Red dot is where I drilled a hole through the speaker and side of mesh grill and down into the 1/2” spacer. Also used heat shrink on speaker wires to.

What do you think?

Yes they are the MLK 1650.3’s.

I used a 1.875 hole punch in a fab shop. Shhhh LOL, Then a hand grinder take off the .025 and the slide in not super tight but tight enough, the used the bracket and screw that came in installation kit for the speakers and screwed the screw it into the tweeter. But also marked them up using stock grills for as you see in your pack pods for center position vs fairing I just centered in the stock speaker tweeter location that dipped in and out and punched it out and did same uses the supplied bracket and screwed it in. The tour pack I used supplied grills and bought cheap 6.5” plastic grills with steel mesh screens off eBay and they were cheapy ones to. And there ya have what I did with tour pack pods.

Side note... I’m a working person so I have to figure alternatives out lol..
