I picked up the new RGU and ordered the detachable tour pak kit, but Harley the MoCo replied with a tech notice stating that there is an issue related to the detachable unit. The MoCo tech line is not giving any information, just saying they are working the issue and the unit should be available soon.

Anyone have any other info related to this issue?

Unless you have a CB antena istallled, just put a shortie antena under the shark and get a connector(s) from Harley to build your own quick disconnect.

I can honestly say that anyone that is not on a Glide has no idea what they are missing!!!
