Doh sad day came around the corner right smack into a deer in the road , had to lay her down, luckily i was wearin my leathers and gloves so aside from bruises a sore shoulder and a kick in my pride I'm ok. Bike not so much she cartwheeled and spun lotsa damage now to deal with insurance , there goes the riding season....

Sad day indeed. Glad you made it out ok, that's the real important thing. Material things can be replaced. Good luck with the insurance and hopefully you will be able to ride a bit before the season ends.

Really sorry to hear about your misfortune and your bike.
Maybe not the right time to say this but

"had to lay her down,"

That was your first mistake. There is NEVER a time that you HAVE to lay your bike down. Always stay with it and ride out the storm.

Let me add my condolences or your bike and my happiness that you are still among us!

Maybe some good fortune will come from this unfortunate mishap!
