I recently tried to lock my bags and found that one side would just spin and not lock. I usually don't lock my bags and don't know how long it has been broken. When I got home I noticed that the cam on the back of the lock that engages the body of the latch was missing. Checking the other side, which was loose, I am missing the spring, locking cam and the nut. I have spent some time looking for a part number to replace these parts with no luck. Can anyone tell me where I can find these?
Oh, and by the way, take a look at your bag locks and make sure they are secure. A little locktite will go a long way.
