But customer was happy

Nice! Looks like fun! I don't need that much HP. I get about 110 out of my HD 103 w/SE Stage IV Kit. I could stand 10-15 more.

Some more head work and a better cam than that 259e would get you what you are looking for. If that's whats in your stage IV kit. But if you are getting 110 now that's not bad for Stage 4. I just tuned one for local dealer with stock head pipe no catt Stage 4 and Cobra mufflers it made 103 hp and 106 tq.

They claim that 103hp is about normal for a stage IV. I have whatever cams come with the street stage IV Kit, not the race Kit. It doesn't come with injectors either. I have V&H power duals with 4" Rineharts.

The one we just tuned Was Stage 4

58mm

Stock injectors

103 SE kit

Stage 4 heads 1.87 in Stock Exhaust V.

Stock head pipe No cat

Cobra mufflers 1.75 baffles

SE tuner



Ill be honest I have never seen great number with this kit.

We Tuned one with Woods 555 and Thunder header

105 HP 112 Tq It had

Stock Throttle

Stock Injectors

103 SE kit

And Stage 4 head

Thunder header

We bent the baffle on Thunder header to help get rid of dip. Lost a little top end with that.

Very similar to my setup:

58mm
Stock injectors
Stage 4 kit
V&H power duals
Rinehart 4" slipons
SE air cleaner w/58mm backplate
PCV
