Heres a couple photos of the SE cam bearings I just bought. I had read they were Toyo/ Timken but they are now INA's. Would you run them?
Sure! It's a full complement bearing. No Cage, meaning almost 2x the bearing surface.

INA is a bearing company. Just like Timken, FAG, Toyo, Kyoto, and of course Torrington. INA is a highly regarded German company.

INA got a bad name in the Harley community because the *caged* bearing was used in Evo motors vs the full complement Torrington INA bearing that was being used previously. (This same mistake was made in the Shovelhead era too... ) On paper the INA was the right bearing, but in reality the full complement proved far superior at handling the loads that 4 valve springs and RPM presented. Harley lost a lot of trust with this, especially when it became clear that the INA bearing was failing with stock cams too... which proved it was the wrong choice. But they never came back and said, ok, yeah we fuked up... (Have they ever admitted mistakes, and there are many. We're so blind... :) )

But fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me... Full complement is cheap insurance... :)

My thoughts exactly, HD is the culprit for specing out the bearing for their own application not INA. I noticed the ends of the needles are necked down in comparison to the other full compliment bearings I've seen are full diameter the entire length. Regardless they are going in tomorrow.

Torringtons look exactly the same. I have Kyoto's which look the same. That little neck down is the retention 'mechanism'.
