OK, boys and girls, here it is, your official Shark Week agenda. I'll be posting more details for each of the long and medium rides in due time, but for now you can look these over and use this to get a preview of the week and the rides. We've got some long ones, but the riding and the scenery are spectacular. We'll have sign-ups the night before each ride. Due to park restrictions any of the rides that go through Zion, Bryce, or the North Rim will be limited to 25 bikes. In general two groups of 25 will be led by Road Captains each day, spaced about an hour apart. Overflows, if any, beyond the 50 for each featured long and medium length ride can opt for one of the alternates. In my opinion, the North Rim, Bryce Canyon, and Zion are must-see's. There's been some interest among some in getting to Hoover Dam and Las Vegas. There will be an escorted ride (yours truly) for those interested AND THOSE WHO ARE HEAT TOLERANT!! on Wednesday only. I will warn you that this is a long, hot ride. But it will be really cool too! A meal at the Harley Davidson Cafe and a pack of Road Glides cruising up the strip? Who wouldn't want to do that?? For those attending, copies of this agenda, maps for each of the rides, and general info sheets will be included in your welcome package - yes we will have Official Shark Week III Welcome packages!

Sign-ups will be one day at a time, the evening before each respective ride set. So if you're arriving on Tuesday afternoon, you'll have the same priority as everyone else for Wednesday and Thursday. We'll likely put the sign-up sheets out at 6:00 p.m. each night for the following day's rides.

Thanks for doing this. From experience, I know it takes a lot of planning to stage such an event.

You are appreciated!

Stupid question here but worse if I didn't ask. On long rides etc. is time total, to site and return trip?
Yes, that's round trip, but as indicated in the table, that's the time without stops. The North Rim trip, which is seven hours without stops will likely be more like 9 to 10 hours in reality. On Tuesday that particular ride will be a bit rushed due to the need to be back at Zion Harley for the BBQ. We put the featured North Rim ride on Wednesday because it won't conflict with either of the planned dinners. We can allow a little more leisure and exploring/picture taking/eating on that day.

Well hell that woke some people up... Lol. Now if I just had a computer to actually look at the agenda... Tried to look at work, but the attachments don't show up.
Really doesn't matter I am so pumped up I probably couldn't read it anyway.
But I do want to offer up a heartfelt thank you to everyone that has out this together.

Now, final preps and f it lets ride.
