Yes.

You'll need to pull your instrument nacelle (speedo, tach etc.) and it's always a good preventative measure to pull the main fuse before you go unplugging or plugging wires and connectors. You'll thank us later.

and if you have a siren installed, don't just go pulling the fuse. even if you don't, it's still a good idea to disarm your security first. with fob in hand, turn your ignition on, let the security disable, and then turn off your ignition. now, you've got about 3 seconds to pull your maxi fuse before the alarm enables again.

Per the service manual, turn the ignition to on, remove main fuse, turn ignition to off. Commence work!
