So after my day on the bike with some friends on Friday and chasing down some back roads, food, cigars and beer girls to help support their livelihood, Saturday turned out even better...Managed a day out on the bike with my wife for a few hours. We rarely get these days it seems, so we enjoy them when we do. See, before we had kids, she rode with me all the time, even had her own '03, 883 Hugger for a couple years, so she loves getting out when we can too. Anyway, we had some time but not all day, so we decided to take the scenic route to Lewistown and hit up Shy Bear Brewery for lunch. She loves this little joint, it's a cool place and it's a nice hour-ish ride (going the scenic route). I put the 'ol RG into 2 up mode, meaning Tall Boy Seat and King Tour Pack, and we were off. Had a great lunch a good local craft brew and an awesome chick with me to enjoy some miles. When we got back, my youngest (most of you know, she's a special needs kiddo), was adamant that she was going for a ride too, so I shifted gears, rolled out the sidecar and took her for a spin before calling it a day grilling on my patio into the evening. As always, here's some pics...
