Came home today n started playing around with an ideal my wife came up with from Pinterest. I get a lot of license plates beings I'm a Texas state inspector, so needed something to do with the old plates! This is not finished by any means but just a first draft if u will . Gonna go get some 1x12 cedar tomorrow n some kind of fancy nails to put them down permanently. No I or e so I had to b creative. Here's a pic. What ya think?

That's a great use of old plates! If DreamRider sees this he will surely want one. He is hoping to pick up some Texas plates while he is here for Shark Week V to take back to his Canadian Man Cave. I have a couple TX plates I was planning on giving to him but your idea is sooooooo much cooler

Gonna make a few , harley related. I have probably 70 to a hundred plates .
Gonna see if I got enough to do may b one that says HarleyDavidson, maybe Softail, Streetglide, n sportster. N of course another Roadglide also.
